RE: Can the term 'Feedback' on the Legacy Feedback Tab Widget be changed?

I don't understand how to do this. I added the style to my CSS but it doesn't help. Is this because by CSS file is initialized before the widget script appears?

Also, if I set the widget to be hidden then nothing will appear at all.

Please can you explain this.
